Return & Exchanges Policy
Rock Your Presence strives towards providing excellent customer service with guaranteed satisfaction on all of our merchandise.
All exchanges must be within 7 business days. All Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all cards, boxes, must be included with your return. ( No exchanges on customized or sale items)
To process your exchange, simply email us at rockyourpresence@gmail.com with your full name and what item you needed to return.
You may choose to get a replacement or choose another item from our store. If you’d like a return, please note that shipping costs are NOT covered by Rock Your Presence
If your item is broken or breaks within 5 days of purchase, we will send you a replacement at no fee, this does not include custom jewelry—customer only pay $5 for shipping.
Please note: We cannot issue refunds, only exchanges or store credit.
