Return & Exchanges Policy
Rock Your Presence strives towards providing excellent customer service with guaranteed satisfaction on all of our merchandise.
All exchanges must be within 7 business days. All Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all cards, boxes, must be included with your return. ( No exchanges on customized or sale items)
To process your exchange, simply email us at rockyourpresence@gmail.com with your full name and what item you needed to return.
You may choose to get a replacement or choose another item from our store. If you’d like a return, please note that shipping costs are NOT covered by Rock Your Presence
If your item is broken or breaks within 5 days of purchase, we will send you a replacement at no fee, this does not include custom jewelry—customer only pay $5 for shipping.
Please note: We cannot issue refunds, only exchanges or store credit.

Shipping Policy
PROCESSING TIME :
For items that are not custom, please allow up to 5-7 business days for shipping if item(s) are available during time of purchase to be shipped. All items are shipped through USPS. We are not responsible for any lost items during transit. Please consult with your local post office if this may happen. Lastly, any items that are marked “delivered” we are not responsible for.
CUSTOM ITEMS :
Please note, processing can take up to 3-5 weeks ( excluding weekends & holidays) for & processing & shipping times, as all pieces are handmade to order and customized for you.
- Once a custom order is sent to production it CAN NOT BE CANCELLED.
- Please add the name EXACTLY as you would like on your necklace including capital and lowercase letters in the text box section.
- If you purchase a custom item along with other items that are in stock they will ship all at once. Please purchase in stock items (not customized) separately if you wish to receive them sooner.

SHIPPING COST :
US/Canada
- Free shipping is offered for orders $100 & over in the U.S. (excluding sales or promotions).
First-Class Shipping via USPS.
- Standard domestic delivery in the USA usually takes 3-5 business days.
- A tracking number will be provided once shipped.
Priority Shipping
- Priority domestic delivery requires normal processing times, but will take 2-3 business days for delivery, and included tracking information.
- A tracking number will be provided once shipped.
International Shipping
- International delivery usually takes between 5-15 business days.
